Apricot

Apricots are Elaine's go-to for just about everything from a hearty multigrain toast to a pork chop glaze. It takes a lot or apricots to keep her in stock for eating and cooking. This year's batch are Apache apricots, which are large, pink/orange apricots which are sweet with a significant (but not overpowering) level of acidity, giving it a distinct tang on the back palate. Rich and densely intense, our Apricot also pairs well with deeper-flavored aged cheeses like gruyere and a glass of Pinot Grigio.
